health insurance plans
Filing of insurance plans is done as a courtesy to our patients. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept most dental insurance including Delta Dental Healthy Families and Medi-Cal.
cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
